Group General Counsel
Michael Priester is Group General Counsel for Shoaibi Group and responsible for all legal matters pertaining to the activities and investments of the Group.
Michael started his career as an international corporate lawyer with De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek (Linklaters & Alliance), Amsterdam in 1996. He then established his own legal consultants practice in 2001 specialising in Corporate/M&A, Banking & Capital Markets and Structured Finance. Major clients included Rabobank, Allen & Overy and NIBC Bank N.V.
Mr. Priester is fluent in English, French, German, Dutch and Spanish, and has a Masters degree from the Law Faculty of the University of Leiden (Netherlands), L.L.M. degree from Juristische Fakultat Heidelberg (Germany) and is a Candidate Civil Law Notary.
