   CDC is a joint venture between Shoaibi Group, Olayan, Zayzafoon Holding, Al-Binali Holding and other private stakeholders established to develop and invest in businesses that can benefit from GCC competitive advantages such as cost of energy, feedstock, location etc. Its investments and acquisitions primarily target greenfield projects in energy intensive chemicals/metals, downstream and specialty chemicals.

   A joint venture between both the Shoaibi Group & Zedan Group, established to target energy related infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia and to undertake joint ventures with leading international companies.

3. General Technologies & Systems Co. Ltd. (GENTAS)

   

   General Technologies & Systems Co. Ltd. (GENTAS) is a member of the group undertaking joint ventures with its partner Saudi Trading & Research Co., Ltd. (STARC) and operates in the supply of seamless pipes for oil, gas and petrochemical industries, and represents leading international supplier such as Tenaris in Saudi Arabia.

4. Integrated Electronics Trading Co. Ltd. (INELCO)

   

   Integrated Electronics Trading Co. Ltd. (INELCO) is a wholly owned subsidiary which serves as a vehicle for offering products and services primarily to the energy sector.

5. Middle East Oil Services Co (MEOS)

   

   A wholly owned susbsidiary, established to undertake joint ventures with international Oil Field Services companies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

6. Petroleum Works Co. Ltd. (PETROCO)

   

   Petroleum Works Co. Ltd. (PETROCO) is a member company of the group undertaking joint ventures with its partner, Khalid Al-Turki & Son Group, including Saudi Halliburton Logging Ltd.

7. Shoaibi Contracting Est. (SCE)

   

   Shoaibi Contracting Est. (SCE) was established to handle the Group's contracting activities in Saudi Arabia.

8. Shoaibi Trading Co. Bahrain SPC (STCB)

   

   STCB is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shoaibi Holdings W.L.L. undertaking licensed activity in the import, export and selling of mobile plants, machinery pumps and accessories and heavy trucks.

9. Software Technologies Co. Ltd. (SOFTECH)

   Software Technologies Co. Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary based out of Bahrain, operating in the information technology sector, where in association with renowned international firms, it provides computer software development, training, integration, imaging and consulting services.

10. The Saudi Commercial Import Company Ltd (SCICL)

    

    The Saudi Commercial Import Company (SCICL) was established to handle the Group's trading activities. The company presently represents several major international manufacturing companies whose products and services are directly related to the oil and gas and petrochemical industries.
