As part of its policy of business transparency and anti-corrupt dealings Suhayl Bin Abdul Mohsin and Sons Holding Company Limited (Shoaibi Group), is a certified member of TRACE International Inc.(TRACE) TRACE is an international non-profit association of commercial intermediaries promoting compliance with transparent and anti-bribery business practices. TRACE membership requires the following commitments:
- - Voluntary participation in a thorough background review of applicant's commercial activities (due-diligence review)
- - Adoption of a code of conduct addressing the issues of bribery and corruption.
- - Agreement to completeannual training on international anti-bribery standards.
Award of TRACE membership certificate provides SG's partners regionally and worldwide with confidence and assurance that SG’s business activities are in full compliance with national anti-bribery standards and international anti-corruption conventions.
Currently SG is one of the first companies operating in the region to have achieved member status.
