A wholly owned subsidiary, HACE was formed in 1976 to provide contracting services to the air conditioning business.

In 1983, the company expanded its operations, entering the manufacturing sector and as since built two plants (Golden Star) in Riyadh's Industrial City with 22,500 sqm. facility.

The Golden Star plants, which enjoy ISO 9002 certification, manufacture a complete range of air distribution and acoustic products to the highest standards. Internationally recognised components and parts from leading European and American manufacturers are used in the production of cutting edge products.

In addition to standard products, the company also boasts a design facility, which offers customised design and engineering of products to specific requirements.
